The media has been beating the drum all week that most people opposed a tax cut. Will MSNBC report that 56% of respondents to their online survey believe the tax cut was either just right, nor not enough?

Does anyone have any data on who opposes tax cuts? I have a feeling that since approximately 50% of the population pay NO taxes it is those people who think we do not need one! I would like to see a poll taken with only tax payers voting; especially those paying a$1000 or more in ytaxes.
