I can just see MSNBC reporting this tonight:

"Of 40,000 votes cast, onlh 30% believe the Bush tax cut is the right amount while 41% say we don't need it at this time. Clearly Bush isn't listening to the people"

It is absolutely rigged. By dividing pro tax cut votes into two categories and leaving anti tax cut votes as one choice, they will be able to report "against tax cuts" as the winning category.
