The word is that Graham is very unlikely to run for Senate again.
He's even said that Democrats who want his seat should get organized and "be ready to go".

Bob Graham is running for President, not Senator. I believe the RATS are trying to recruit Miami Mayor Alex Penelas to run for the Senate.
