There is no doubt that he deserves a proper trial...my comments should have been prefaced with a determination of guilt, like if he was caught in the act with someone's daughter, or if I, the Dad, knew beyonbd a shadow that he had done it after the fact.

I bet there is a lo more evidence and that there is more on that tape than what the news has access to.

We shall see.

is anyone still curious about this guy. i never cared about this kind of stuff, but unfortunately this man has come into my friend's life. and while i am disgusted by him, she seems to believe that he is innocent. am i over-reacting????? plus, she still lives with her parents, who are also ok with him hanging around their young children, and don't mind the fact that this pervert is hanging out and hitting on their very vulnerable 27 year old daughter, also my friend. SOmeone please respond!! i need advice!!!

If your friend and her family are involved with this guy, you may have some more details on what's happened recently. Since this is a 2 month old thread, maybe you can catch us up on what's going on in the case. I'm assuming the charges still stand and that the prosecution is going forward.

I understand your concern for your friend and her family, but you've no doubt found out that it's hard to protect people from their own lack of good sense. People are often easliy swayed by someone who is a celebrity and since he's also an actor, his sincerity can't be gauged by his performance. I wish you and your friends well.
