He said a huge troop deployment would have been needed to avoid plunder in other parts of the Tuwaitha complex, which sprawls over almost 6 square miles.Why don't they understand that? How were U.S. forces going to guard this area, secure the city and fight the war at the same time?
Yes, its a shame what happened to the families in the below article. Sorry that men broke into the facility and stole buckets that they later used to put drinking water in.
