If this is Al Quaeda's doing, I don't understand why they would target Yale--it's a bastion of anti-war lefty Bush-haters. The Yalie faculty (overall) is part of the Blame America First crowd.
Please keep cubicle mice w/o TV posted--thx!

It's the lefties that muslims hate. They just think we are all liberal scum.

it's part of the strategery - we protect everything we have to protect to the greatest degreee possible, leaving the terrorists to target the Saudis and lofty liberals in their home grounds ROFLMAO

A little mail bomb is a little junior varsity for AQ, or any group with more than two members and 50 bucks in their pocket.

I agree, doesn't make any sense. If terrorism, it's homegrown. It could be an accident or it could be a letter bomb intended for a certain professor or administrator.
The one caveat here is that one of president Bush's daughters attends Yale. It could also have been addressed to her if indeed it was a letter bomb.

Are they trying to recruit more Republicans? This will have an impact on how Yale "students" and "instructors" view the war on terror, I'm sure.

They target Yale to instill terror. They bomb, kill and cause chaos whenever they can do it. They want to freeze
people and scare them. It is an easy choice for them.
