Thank you! I have been looking at an Atkins cookbook I got my brother for Christmas. But I did not give it to him because I was afraid that sure as the world if he stayed on the Atkins diet he would have a heart attack and I would feel like it was partly my fault for giving him the cookbook. LOL
Cathy I will get my sife to post her websites which are dedicated to low carb. There are hundreds of success stories and a great deal of support. Get involved in one of those groups.
His cookbook and the protein power cookbooks are awesome. Maven put some great recipes up on this thread too.
