Anyone, what is the limit in carbs. starting out? Can I use those prepacked salads? Your limit during the induction phase is 20 grams a day, vs the 300 grams recommended by the Archer Daniels Midland Food Pyramid (tm). After a couple of weeks at this level, you start adding back 5 grams of carbs a day each week until you stop losing weight. Then, just jump back below that level a bit until you reach your goal weight, and use that level as a dietary target from then on.

BTW, akin to your post, can you say induction is 20 carbs a day, continued loss is ___ carbs a day, maintenance is ___ carbs a day? Do you know those figures offhand?
