I disagree with shutting down the EPA. But there should be some common-sense environmental protection at the federal level.
I think the EPA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, the Interior, etc should all be merged into a streamlined Dept of Natural Resources or something.
The sole purpose of the EPA is to weaken and abolish property rights.
No federal agency is required to mandate rules over property rights. The federal government is supposed to protect property rights, not take them away.
