Those pictures were totally creepy. Did you see the one of the presents stacked in the corner near the fireplace?

The pictures were apparently taken after Laci disappeared. So I wonder how long those presents sat there unopened, and whether they are still sitting there to this day!

I saw the kitchen floor, too. I can't tell if it is vinyl tiles, tiles of some other material, or sheet vinyl. If it's tiles, there might be some residue between the tiles. Also, I remember reading that a person would have major trouble cleaning up anything that seeped under the kitchen cabinets.

I'm no cook but that kitchen was much smaller than I expected considering Laci supposedly loved cooking and baking. The NE said the murder took place in the kitchen.
