Actually, that's correct! A Navy First Class wears three chevrons, under his Rate Mark, which is itself under an Eagle. The one you posted is an IC1's patch. Mine and my buddies' rate is AW...the mark we use is on my homepage, it's the gold one the Aircrewman is superimposed over.
Mrs. Cut and Mini are fine...next Monday marks the beginning of month #8! Mrs. Cut has been having some bad back pains, however.
We finished the nursery this weekend. Painted it in turquoise and yellow, and built the crib and all the furniture. Everything the boys told me about the horrors of crib construction was true.
