Is this why Hatfill is back in the news?

I saw some footage of an Army Major several weeks ago saying, "Yeah! We've got the smoking gun" upon discovery of one or several mobile chem labs.

I guess I could live with a scenario where we come clean on the anthrax but use the Hatfill-FBI-cockup cover story to provide deniability for whenever Saddam eventually pops up his head. But I think it more likely they will play for an ambiguous ending, like an art-house movie. Ambiguity means you can play both sides of the fence, and isn't that the name of the game in politics?
