A score for the 2nd amendment anyway, but it seems to undermine the 1st. People need to think about the consequences of these kinds of rulings. It may work in our favor now, but wait till some leftist with better lawyers gets ahold of this precedent. It'll mean that everything a school says will be scrutinized for some anti-leftist "bias" and they'll scream that they're being denied their "equal protection" and sue to have it corrected (in their favor).

The courts are biased in favor of the Left. Rulings like this, though they may seem like they advance our cause, in reality increase the power of the courts, and with it their ability to engage in all sorts of judicial activism that inevitably promotes leftist causes.

What do you suggest? Letting the Leftists have their way, just in case any successful action we take might be used against Americans in the future?

No thanks, we've done that for forty years plus, and are darn close to losing the country to the damn Marxists. I'm glad to see them being battled on their own turf for a change, and often losing in the process.

BTW, welcome to FR!
