Yeah, there's definitely a rabbit...or at least a guy in a bunny suit. Then there's a figure in the middle with two arms flailing, maybe a monkey, maybe not. The dark band around the figure with flailing arms looks like a snake. So what does it mean? A bunny suit? A snake? Clearly this means that the UN is an evil absurdity.
