Screwy Louie Freeh will long be remembered as one of the most inept Clinton appointees.

"This time the United States should not just send Tehran a letter. American justice for our 19 Khobar heroes is long overdue. " I agree. Send the 4th ID across the border into Iran. I think we should accommodate their desire to die. Allah Akbar!!

Hezbollah? I am wondering what I was doing besides reading when these indictments came down. I also had not realized that we interviewed anyone in Saudi Arabia.Say what you like about Freeh, he hits Clinton hard on this. Was it the Clinton administration that misled? Iran harboring AlQueda that bombed the civilians is another mark on Iran.AlQueda,Islamic Jihad,Hezbollah ..sisters and brothers.

More evidence of Clinton turning a deliberate blind eye to terrorism.

Courtesy phone Mr Waxman.Since you seem to have a nose for investigations-why not look into the scandal of a President of the United States supporting and protecting terrorists?? It's amazing that the FBI director after getting stonewalled by Clinton, had to reach out to former President Bush. This story, along with Clinton's turn down of Osama and Hussein, should be the topic of a major investigation. Too bad the NYT is full of liars and Newsweek is too busy lurking behind potted plants at casinos.

This is a really good article, but it does not get the attention that it deserves when it is posted the night before. No one sees it.

It usually takes one or two days after an item hits Freeper interest for it to be discussed on talk radio and then cable news shows. Let's see if this one gets over the radar, or if it is too proBush to be considered worthy of discussion.

really makes my blood boil when I read yet agin just how little Krsip Kreme Blow Job Bill really cared for the people of this nation.
He could not obtain votes and it was politically risky to go after terrorists.
NEVER ALLOW A Demon-crat in AGAIN!!!

Bush: class. Clinton: trash.
Mr. Bush typically disclaimed any credit for his critical intervention but he earned the gratitude of many FBI agents and the Khobar families. I quickly dispatched the FBI case agents back to Saudi Arabia, where they interviewed, one-on-one, six of the Hezbollah members who actually carried out the attack. All of them directly implicated the IRGC, MOIS and senior Iranian government officials in the planning and execution of this attack. Armed with this evidence, the FBI recommended a criminal indictment that would identify Iran as the sponsor of the Khobar bombing. Finding a problem for every solution, the Clinton administration refused to support a prosecution.

I'm sure this story is true, but I couldn't help but notice that Louis Freeh's "outrage" wasn't enough to drive him to resign and go public immediately about Klinton's attempt to slow-roll anti-terrorism investigations and prosecutions. He has a lot to answer for, and this is nothing but an attempt to vacuum his conscience.
To: Pokey78
Let's see now. Whe now have DIRECT testimony from the former FBI director that Bill Clinton refused (or was unable) to help in a terrorist investigation that had killed 19 Americans.
We have solid testimony that Bill Clinton was intentionally negligent in working to obtain the arrest of Osama bin Laden while he was in Sudan.
Does anyone not begin to wonder about the TWA800 crash and how quickly the FBI took over the case?
How about the mountain of evidence that Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols had help in bombing the Murrah Building?
I said it before and I'll say it again, Bill Clinton was/is the greatest threat this country has faced since 1961.
