Nope. The reference was meant as a joke, not a statement of fact -- or something that I believe in.

Snopes lists it as "undetermined." Curtis has never confirmed or denied it, not that denial would end the rumors.

The Snopes article notes that the incidence of children born with "mixed genitalia" is somewhere between 1 in 2,000 and 1 and 3,000. Given that Wesleyan has just under 3,000 students, you'd expect one student born with "mixed genitalia." I don't what the percentages are with regard to surgery to assign a single set of genitalia, before college.
