Our troops recovered a lot of the cash they swiped, so I'm not convinced he's got that much to work with.
Maybe we ought to see if those telecom execs who put out the $1 billion contract on Osama bin Laden after 9/11 could be talked into offering a similar deal for Saddam. I mean, what jury would convict someone for offering a contract on someone the entire world wants dead?
