Our troops recovered a lot of the cash they swiped, so I'm not convinced he's got that much to work with.

Maybe we ought to see if those telecom execs who put out the $1 billion contract on Osama bin Laden after 9/11 could be talked into offering a similar deal for Saddam. I mean, what jury would convict someone for offering a contract on someone the entire world wants dead?

Saddam Hussein (L) is hiding in Iraq with a small group, probably including his sons Uday(C) and Qusay(R), and issuing orders to trusted supporters as he plots a return to power, according to former Iraqi generals returned from exile. Saddam and his sons are seen in a video still broadcast on Iraqi television March 31, 2003. (Reuters)
