Nope, there is/was a Greg Jarrett on KGO/KSFO. I figured it wasn't the same guy as the Fox guy, because the voice is very different. But I am not certain, of course.

From the Fox News bio page:

Most recently, Jarrett served as an anchor and correspondent for MSNBC, where he covered the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11 and the 2000 Election from Tallahassee, FL.

Prior to his stint there, Jarrett served as an anchor at Court TV for nine years. He covered an extensive number of trials, as well as their signature evening news and talk program, Prime Time Justice. From 1993-1997, Jarrett hosted Court TV’s nationally syndicated half-hour magazine show, Inside America’s Courts.

Jarrett began his television career as an anchor and producer at KCSM-TV (PBS) in San Francisco, CA, and then went on to work as an anchor and reporter for WMDT-TV 9ABC) in Salisbury, MD, WKFT-TV (Independent) in Raleigh, NC and KSNW-TV (NBC) in Wichita, KS.
