Lange compared the graduating seniors of today to where she was after finishing college in 1972. Then, the Vietnam War was in its seventh year and President Nixon had authorized bombs that killed thousands of civilians all in the name of stopping the communists.

Herein is evidence of Lange's lie. The bombing in N. Vietnam (December, I think it was) may have killed thousands of civilians. How many civilians died during Operation Iraqi Freedom? Thousands? Hardly.

Lange is a shrill ignoramous.

No less than Senator John McCain said that, without the bombing, he'd still be a prisoner in Hanoi. This was LBJ's war, anyway. The libs would like us to think of it as Nixon's war, ignoring who got us there.
