Mexico is committed to reducing migrant deaths and improving security on the border, but the flow of illegal immigrants will continue so long as there is no organized and legal way to seek temporary work in the United States, Mexico's deputy foreign minister said Saturday.

A stone freaking lie! You set up a guest worker program and it's laws will be violated to the max with Mexicans bringing over family and staying forever. There is no thing as permanent as a temporary worker. Just look at the Turks in Germany when they've long outlived their usefulness as guest workers.

Guest workers are not machines but are people who will do what they'll want to do in the USA since we are so loathe to enforce laws when it comes to illegal alien Mexicans and deport them. These arrogant, pushy jack assses who run Mexico will get nothing when the economy is so poor.

We tried a temporary worker program with Mexico once before - it took Operation Wetback to repatriate them.

We already gave them millions of jobs with NAFTA ----why isn't that helping in the least? Something about the greedy rich Mexicans taking all the profit in all that slave labor. The people are left being worse off than slaves.
