Ton of explosives used in construction stolen (Alaska)

No kidding its creepy, and I live several hundred miles north of where the explosives were stolen.I think I may go into work and remove the keyes from about 15 of our trucks for security reasons that are in our plant yard.

But here is my two cents, I drive a concrete mixer, it can carry 12 cubic yards or roughly 48,000lbs. of aggregate.

Imagine if it was ammonium nitrate/ diesel fuel or Amfuel?
It would be 8 times stronger that the OK city blast. And its not unusual to see a transit mixer almost anywhere, I know cause its what I do for a living.

But realistically the terrorists would most likely use something totally obscure, like a sewage truck, linen service, roach coach, fire engine or school busses.
