Saw it last night. I think that the special effects and fight sequences are great! The scenes with the disco and the sex were totally unnecessary as was the language. Toward the end though I actually nodded off for about 10 minutes. The first was much better.

The dance seen was necessary to get the audience emotionally attached to the people of Zion and to have a mental investment of what Zion is in a 5 minute sequence...it was quick and did the job.
