Nations are either with us or against us; there is no such thing as "neutral" in this war. And your nation's diplomatic efforts--efforts duly sanctioned by the general populace in free, fair, and honest elections, mind you--gave Saddam Hussein more time to hide WMDs and prepare for our attack.
Your nation isn't acting like a friend, that much is certain.
2. The German government has decided to grant overflight rights, to protect the US facilities in Germany, to work together in the war against terrorism and has agreed to lift sanctions on Iraq asap. When you say "either with us or against us" I tell you that these actions do not indicate hostility, therefore it must be friendly.
3. President Bush has just met with a German opposition leader, and Sec. Powell has spoken as long to the Chancellor as with CDU-chairman Merkel - seems as if our opposition has excellent ties with the current US Administration.
"Your nation isn´t acting like a friend, that much is certain." -- I believe in the opposite.
