Cyril Wecht (is that how you spell it?) says that one must be careful. If internal parts are missing it could be deterioration from an open cavity of the body, not mutilation. He says it will be interesting to see what the autopsy reports actually say.

Yep...and the autopsy will more than likely say missing due to decompostion and other circumstances as a result of the body being in the bay for so long..Geragos will just keep feedin us this Shiite until he taints the jury pool or someone shuts him up...gag order, duct tape,whatever you please?
