Whether it's America's shift to the right or the rise and rise of America's motor-mouth, talk-show culture, or the popular rebellion against establishment media or the emergence of a new Republican babe-ocracy, Ann Coulter represents it all.

Speaking of motormouths...

The left had a death-grip on this technique for about a generation and a half:
Response by filibuster ---- they could ignore the question, change the subject and attack their talking points target of the day by the simple expedient of running off at the mouth sans breath until time is up.
Very very effective.

Their realization that the opposition can use the technique just as well, and just as effectively, has reduced them to quivering jelly, cowering in the dark corner sucking their thumbs.

He he he he...
It's a win-win scenario now.
Having a "mute" button on interview shows now will force these losers to address issues and actually to respond to questions that they would rather duck.

I love it!!

I hate to agree with the Guardian (ARRGAHHHHHHH!) but I do. AC is a horrendous person in terms of swing voters or a role model for consistency. Throughout her lively book and in her appearances she uses EXACTLY the same tactics she lambasts liberals and Demcrats for doing. She provides "read meat" to some of us conservatives. Why? Because she lashes out effectively. But she is not consistent, does not practice the standards she demands of the left in her book, and is very predictable. She is not exactly the person to win over swing voters -- but is the person to cheeer on "GET EM ANN!' Nothing wrong with that....but I agree with the Guardian in a lot of this.

Truly one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century.
