President Bush met today with Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik in the Oval Office, and met with 8 members of the U.S. military who had been wounded in combat as he read his radio address. He presented the Commander in Chief Trophy to the Air Force Academy football team, and this afternoon made remarks to the press on the White House lawn as he left for Camp David. Hold down the ALT key on your keyboard and simultaneaously type in 168 from the number pad on the right of the keyboard. When you release the ALT key, you should get the '¿'. This should work in most word processors, email programs, net postings, etc.

I'm Jewish living in Casablanca. My father is the President of the Cercle de l'Allaince, the Jewish Community Center that was blown up tonight. I thank God that these a..holes didn't know that the place would be empty on a Friday night. Yesterday i would have lost 50 or 100 people I knew. I thought I was safe, I was wrong.
