Hold down the ALT key on your keyboard and simultaneaously type in 168 from the number pad on the right of the keyboard. When you release the ALT key, you should get the '¿'. This should work in most word processors, email programs, net postings, etc.

I'm Jewish living in Casablanca. My father is the President of the Cercle de l'Allaince, the Jewish Community Center that was blown up tonight. I thank God that these a..holes didn't know that the place would be empty on a Friday night. Yesterday i would have lost 50 or 100 people I knew. I thought I was safe, I was wrong.
