It's their's to abuse. How does it directly harm your rights? I can see crack use, or meth use as such an imposition of danger that it could be considered harmful to others, but pot? No worse than alcohol, and alcohol can be far more abused than pot.....

Lets see. There are so many examples to pick from. How about when someone abuses his right to drink by drinking and then driving through my neighborhood. I have 8 kids and spend a lot of time making sure they are no where near the streets but I'm not perfect. Then there is the ally that so many people abuse their right to drive in by driving too fast.

Guess what? That's illegal already because it DOES violate your rights. Sitting in one's living room, smoking a bowl, doesn't.
