Did you ever doubt they had been killed? It is terrible and predictable. Hope may turn to mourning now for the loved ones. There is a horror revealed daily,it seems.A pox on the French, the Russians, the Syrians, the Germans, the Jordanians and all the peacenics. I just heard Michael Rivero on Cspan..a pox on him, too. We can't rid the world of all evil regimes but we got rid of one.

I thought we would find a few of them alive. Saddam kept a pilot from the Iran-Iraq war captive for over a decade..

We can't rid the world of all evil regimes but we got rid of one. With patience and determination, we can get rid of them all. We neutered the Soviet Bloc, which was way scarier in its day than these penny-ante third world pest holes. We'll push Syria and Saudia Arabia and Iran into shape. They see now that they can make it easy, or they can make it hard, but one way or another it will happen. The big nut to crack will be China and North Korea, which I see as two sides of the same coin. But after that, who is left to challenge us?
I'm not implying that we need to make every other country into an American state. But we can and should use our power to ensure that everyone in the world has at least basic liberties and a representative form of government. Beyond that, they may hate us, but if they leave us alone, so what?
This is our destiny and we should rise to it. Generations to come will thank us.
