Do we know if Scott is able to make phone calls during the day, and would those calls be monitored?

Other than his folks and attorneys, wonder who he's calling. Some of those idiot ladies that proposed marriage to him?

Here's an idea, if Scotty boy would ask all these women who want to marry him, ask each of them to send $1,000 to defray attorney fees, I'll bet those morons would do it. Wonder if he has thought of it, yet.

I don't think that would be allowed. He'd have to break the rules to do something like that. The calls are limited except as regards the attorney. In many jails, all calls out, even local ones, must be made collect.

If he somehow called one of those idiot women collect, trust me, she'd drop him like a hot potato after she got the bill and saw the INCREDIBLY high rates phone companies charge for calls from jails and prisons. She'd HAVE to drop him, b/c her bank account would be gutted after paying for a call or two like that.
