Good morning...my thoughts on the 'revelations' of yesterday. Geragos is totally without conscience. He will do/say anything to defend his client. He makes Johnny Cochran look like the next Justice of the Supreme Court. Why? Because last night, Jerry Rivers (aka, Geraldo) on Hannity and Colmes
breathlessly repeated the 'leaks' from the defense team. Even the FR like hypothetical questions Jerry posed were answered in the most favorable light to Scaughty. Dr. Bodnar started to explain about the water, propellers, rocks, etc., but was pretty much cut off so that Jerry could 'report' his exclusive. My opinion, the Helter/Skelter, some Manson like cult or devotee, did it defense took shape last night with the help of Fox News. Honest. The glove didn't fit...so you must acquit...will be, 'the blood ain't there (the house/boat/truck) so Scaughty must breath free air.'

I caught Geraldo on Hannity and Colmes and had the same reaction you did.
I caught a rerun of Catherine Crier's show from yesterday. Rita Cosby and Ted Rowlands were on. Both agreed that there were several witnesses who placed Snott at the marina twice on Dec. 24.
Both agreed that Amber had sent the note in the book warning Snott of phone taps and that this could have caused LE and the DA to be suspicicous of her.
Rita said that Amber was the catalyst--the motive for the murder.
Rita and Ted both said that Laci *knew* about the boat and had seen it at least once in the warehouse and may have even sat in the boat. I didn't hear either give a source of any type for this information.
