Saying that Laci's body being found at his alibi location is the big problem point in the case...say that Geragos will try to pull off a "Columbo" type of defense with the scenario that Laci was abducted and held captive until SP's alibi location was made public and then go thru the trouble of transporting her and dumping her there all the while risking being seen when they KNEW that it was a nationwide sensational missing person case!

I was listening to TV with one ear last night. The program was talking about some women who had been killed years ago. The husband hadn't been a suspect but something happened years later that caused him to be. They then got a warrent and went into the home. There were wooden floors that had been stripped resanded and revarnished. They used the luminal and way down in the cracks between the boards the luminal lit up. They pulled up the flooring and got a blood sample. The husband was convicted.

If she was killed in that house they are going to find blood.

This particular story I find to be fascinating regarding human behavior.

The main thing to remember with infants and decomposition is that the longer they have been alive, the faster they decompose.
A fetus or newborn will almost not have ANY signs of decomposition because they have NO bacteria in their body. Now eventually, they will mummify or be destroyed by the elements/animals etc..
