The difference between Clinton and Kennedy ... Kennedy had class.

Truer words were never spoken. I too am old enough to remember the Kennedy era and I can tell you that his presidency was closer to Reagan than to Clinton in that he made Americans proud of our country. Whatever problems they may have had in private, JFK, and expecially Jackie, were a class act. The White House did shine in those days and they were well respected world-wide. At home he cut taxes and strengthened the economy and abroad, he took no guff from the Ruskies. Granted, the Bay of Pigs was a fiasco, and his affairs become more legndary every day; but he was still a good president.

OK, just what did he do as prez that made him a good one? I have tried for years to find something besides the media spin stuff and still cannot think of anything substantial that he accomplished.
