Laci Peterson's (search) autopsy report is being delayed, apparently because medical examiners can't pinpoint the exact reason the 8-months-pregnant woman died, Fox News has learned. But a source from Scott Peterson's (search) legal team who has seen documents referring to the condition of the body said it was "awful."

I believe this was hinted at/leaked when Laci's body was first found, before it was identified. However, we must also bear in mind it WAS written by Mr. Rivera.

It was reported previously that the police had located an "object" in the bay channel but storms prevented them from doing a visual. When the storms subsided, the "object" was gone and the body washed ashore.
It was also reported that the depth of the channel was barely adequate for loaded ships which often "hit" ground during low tides. A ships propellor can do some damage.

Yes, I do recall the "object" spotted; however, whether or not the body located in that instance was indeed Laci's hasn't yet been definitively established. Your point about the ship's propellor is a good one; I do hope that that is the cause of the dismemberment in question.

I'd give him the death penalty for cheating on his pregnant wife. And he's admitted that. So I hope he fries.

And ... Mr. Primidona was on FOX today acting like HE WAS ENTITLED TO All THE INFORMATION. The guy is pitiful!

Heck, I'd give him the death penalty for:
paying more than $10K to join a country club,
getting a swimming pool put in,
buying an expensive secret boat,
and pushing his household to the brink of bankruptcy,
while entertaining a mistress,
and going FISHING on CHRISTMAS EVE
on his pregnant wife.
At least I'd give MY husband the death penalty if he did all that on ME while I was carrying his baby. And I bet there's not a jury that would convict me either. (My husband says HE sure wouldn't. Which isn't too logical, but he's not stupid enough to do any of that. He knew right where he was supposed to be during my last few weeks of pregnancy: at my beck and call!)

Her body and the baby's body wash ashore a day apart. Pretty good odds that Laci's tummy was cut by a propeller or went 'POP!' from decay. Either way, it ain't pretty.

Hmmm. Let's try it this way:
"I'd give her the death penalty for cheating on her ill husband. And she's admitted that. So I hope she fries."
Do you agree with that scenario?

Guess you hadn't heard. Conventional Wisdom insists that his mistress did nothing wrong. They mostly insist that the mistress is a "victim."

The "victim" is giving a press conference today. She's hired Gloria Allred to look out for her "interests".

Guess you hadn't heard. Conventional Wisdom insists that his mistress did nothing wrong. I haven't followed this very closely, but isn't it claimed she thought he was single?
