What the Tennessean went to great lengths to avoid stating is the fact that Tennessee has no income tax was one of the primary reasons TN was chosen, according to the CEO, who was interviewed on WWTN this morning.

In the face of almost certain tax increases in already overtaxed California, this company wisely saw it was time to get out.

Will the last one to leave California please turn out the lights?
