SAN FRANCISCO (AP) --
The move to outlaw Oreo cookies in California crumbled Wednesday when the lawyer who tried to ban the tasty snack foods said he had decided to drop his suit.

What was the nature of this suit? That Oreos were offensive to "Uncle Toms"?In all seriousness, when Rush announced this topic on his show, and mentioned that it was taking place in California, I wondered if it had some racial angle to it.
