Hi sistah Billie....Here I am with my toolbar still to the right. I can drag it left (it just gets wider) but can't bring it to the bottom. Sigh...can't wait for my secretary to get back.

Try going all the way down to the corner and dragging it that way. Sometimes that works, telling it off also works.
