People who are already too hot do NOT need hot water. It just drives their temp up and increases metabolism to a dangerous point; ask my sister, who is a dialysis nurse, who had to take care of some of these people who barely survived, but are permanently damaged.

People don't need hot water? Well, I've been in 135 degree heat and my canteen was NOT refridgerated! Idiots!

The human body when it gets above 106=107 - water will NOT help anyway, but the water temp will most likely be cooler than that!

Water is to replenish FLUIDS --- NOT to cool you down. To cool down a human, pour a little on top of the head. That's where the majority of HEAT EXCHANGE takes place.

Good grief, you don't have to drink it hot to satisfy! They can pour it in a cup and wait for it to cool down to drink it...next we'll have to install refrig units for the lawbreakers...
