Nothing gets the adrenaline flowing quite like a barbecue thread.
I'd like to say "There's no such thing as bad barbecue". But, unfortunately, that's not true.
Pennsylvania has more than its share of "unfortunately". And New Jersey is a veritable swamp of "unfortunately"...

. And New Jersey is a veritable swamp of "unfortunately"... I take exception to that remark. I live at the Jersey Shore..and can cook a mean pulled clam.

Now jes' you wait a guldurn minute there...I am in the New Jersey hills and I barbecue 12 months of the year...during the winter we call it "Chillin' and Grillin."
My personal record is 6 degrees Fahrenheit (without the wind chill) for cold and 2.75 feet of snow for depth (not at the same time).
And yes--my wife thinks I'm crazy, but my 3 daughters just smile.
Oh...one more thing: I have had ribs at the Rendevous (I dated a young lady a while back who was from West Memphis AR) and they were the best ever.
