My two favorite roses, planted for two of my favorite people. :-) That is still one of the most special things - to have a rose bush planted and 'named' for you.

Here is a picture of a new rose I planted last fall, it's called "Bridal Pink". I also planted a bareroot JFK rose last February, I've gotten a couple of flowers off of it but it hasn't done much yet. I have high hopes for it. It is a greenish white rose, with a creamy center. Very pretty but no fragrance.

Billie, roses are very easy to grow. Just get a good systemic fertilizer/insecticide, deadhead them once in awhile and prune them back in the fall. That's pretty much all there is to it. :-)
