Quite the juggernaut we are becoming here on FR! Seems that the national media has started watching..(even if they were lurking all along and won't write about it)

May Disney soon feel financial pain. When I tell my kids who love President Bush that their favorite channel is supporting this, there will be a quick change of mind I believe about Disney.

Our family visits Florida every winter not only to spend some time with the in-laws, but to get away from the ice and snow for a while. We usually visit at least one of the theme parks, and EPCOT was our choice last February.
Next year will be different. Universal Studios ROCKS and will see our greenbacks instead of the Mouse.
Somebody please oil Walt's rotisserie! I think he's worn it out by now.

Get ready for the Bushies versus Mickey Mouse. No, there's no bias in the media, none at all.
I can't believe the crap that pases for journalism these days.
I don't think anyone is attacking Mickey Mouse.

What about Mickey's right to freedom of speech. Mice should not be descriminated against. Where's PETA. I love Mickey Mouse. I feel we're opening a new quagmire here. Oooops, I forgot, he's a member of the RAT family. Never mind.

On the one hand, Holywood's penchant for bashing, (often with eroneous data), those that get in the way of their counter culture view of America is an abuse of their status in our Society.
On the other hand, their words and deeds show our Society what their core values really are. Apparently, these adults have had these counter culture values for a very long time.
Maybe it is time for a Conservative film industry to take root in America? The location? It should be in the Heartland, in a small town with a great Main Street, say --- Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Tom Sawyer and Becky could be the official greeters in the new amusement park "Heartland World." Branson, Missouri would be the Sister City to the film industry at "The Cape."
The extreme liberal journalism professors at the University of Missouri would be a good topic for a film documentary on those who have trained our journalists and politicians to have sold America down the river for so many decades.
It is time to confront THE IRON TRIANGLE (libs, dems and the media) where it hurts them the most --- in the pocket book.

The fact that this movie is coming out just before the election is proof of Moore's intent. If his history shows us (and it does), this movie will be filled with fallacy just as Bowling for Columbine was. And movie distributors would be foolish to take on one of his films solely for the fact that it is not a documentary, nor is it factual. It is purely fiction.

I copied the info for letters, appeared at a Current Events meeting ready to share but everybody was already in gear. I think we've got it...finally! I haven't been to a movie in 6 years and now I won't return to Disney ever again...this stuff just has to be stopped. Doing my part and looks like I'm certainly not alone. Note: Went to Disneyland last month and there were NO lines for anything.

I guess that the reason Mel's Icon company dropped it was that they realised what the REAL intent was. Given his background, it was interesting that they even considered getting involved in this travesty. He's better off not touching this pile of ca-ca.

First of all, Michael Moore is a con man, and not much else. He's a troll that works the airwaves instead of the internet. He loves the reaction to him, as it's part of his schtick.
Disney and Eisner, of course, are more concerned with advancing the homosexual agenda and totalitarianism in the guise of the Rat party than they are turning a profit. Want proof? Eisner pressured Tim Allen to have a homosexual couple as neighbors on Home Improvement, the last actual hit show to be on ABC. Why did he want this? Because Ellen got lower ratings than a test pattern, and the only reason Eisner cares about ratings is so they can advance his agenda.
The principles running Disney and Mirimax are all personally filthy rich. They don't care about money, and they don't care about their investors.
