I would add:
4) A majority in the majority of state houses accross the country
5) A majority of the govnerships accross the country
With those corrections I would point out that this is simply the will of the people. I agree with Ann Coulter who said after the 2002 democrat loss that "what's left of the democrat pary should dissband, come back as the abortion party", leaving the remainder to concentrate on school boards and sherrif races untill they can gain a little more electoral credibility than the green party and libritarians.
