He was shtupping someone else's wife. Now that's as low as you can get while having an affair. Bob Wise should make a clean admission he's embracing the "swinger scene" lifestyle. I'm sure the Democrats will appreciate his contribution to liberating the masses from conventional and outdated norms of sexual morality, which is so Victorian anyway.
