disabled due to allergies

Having had allergies all my life I can't beleive I never thought of suing someone over it, I guess I missed early retirement by lawyer, ouch.

Allergies are not the same thing as chemical sensitivities. You can take antihistamines for allergies. There is no mitigation, other than avoidance, for CS.

I can take antihistamines for my plant allergies. When exposed to numerious chemicals, I develop widespread blistering, respiratory shutdown, headaches, nosebleeds, neurological dysfunction, and more.

Ask anyone diagnosed with MCS: we'd much rather have allergies.
