Beware political leaders who seek affirmation from the art world. It is not a healthy sign. Indeed, it's yet another case of Hollywood feeding the ego beast of one of its favorite political patrons.
This sort of reminds one of the hagiographic treatment of Madame Mao in the early 1970's at the tag end of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution.
Same kind of woman, different kind of times.
