like everyone, i eat foods that i should not. but on the whole, i monitor what i eat.

i bicycle, and i walk a minimum of 40 staircases a day. to compensate for some foods, for example, the day before yesterday i had 3 albertsons' oatmeal cookies--they're overly sweet imo, but i did 80 staircases afterwards.

the other day at carl's jr i saw a porker chick pig out at the salad bar on at least 1 cup of thousand island on her salad, and that was in addition to a burger with the works, and fries!

it's disgusting.

and you're saying that one should not notice all of these doorway-challenged people?

the u.s. health care system, already disfunctional, will implode in about 5 years.
