This sounds like a pretty big deal.

But it will be nothing compared to what will go down when the IRS finally gets around to auditing Jessie Jackass's Rainbow/PUSH organization.

The easiest way to corruption/easy accounting foulups is by mixing up the names and functions of a dual-service/dual-named charity organization and a for-profit business:

The owner of the business "gets" to charge profitable activities to the charity "fund raising" arm of the scam (er, "501-C business") -which lowers the taxable "profits" on the business; and the charity gets to charge expenses/losses to the business (which lowers taxes on the business by increasing its "costs") and avoids taxes on the profit-making arm.

If the charity makes money, no one complains. If the business loses money year in and year out, but still pays its "employees" nobody complains - there are no stockholders except the scam artists, (business partners, er, shakedown artists; er, fund-raisers).

But of course, the fact that Jesse has six organizations in one building, all with various linked names to Rainbow/PUSH means nothing is going on illegal, immoral, or fattening.

Only republicans are immoral and steal from the poor by trying to lower taxes.
