It is *really* difficult to understand tech support people, let alone Indian tech support people. And my requests for something to be repeated because I couldn't understand have been treated with disdain like I am not listening or something. I don't like it a bit.

The industry had thought this woyuld be a good idea, but the quality of the products, such as the tech support you mentioned, are sub-par. People are beginning to rethink about shipping out these jobs and contracts overseas.
