Probably NOT aware of it. After all not much mention in the media about it. I caught the inmate article in the Oak Ridger last year, as well as the one about the Indian's doing the welfare phone line. Unless it's in the fish wrapper the Bredesean..er Tennessean, Nashville's major fish wrapper..few gov't workers are gonna know about it.
