You seem to be missing the point I was attempting to make. Poster #8 claimed that his/her favored holy writ said that Lot did not offer his daughters. I pointed out that the poster was incorrect; the scripture said precisely that. That was my point, in its entirety.

And no, I don't care to suppose what any particular supernatural entity brought by your Heavenly Father would or would not have permitted. Supernatural beings tend to be rather capricious, so who knows.
